Route Representative

Job Description:

NorthStar is looking for Route Representatives to act as an ambassador of our brand by delivering  efficient and pinnacle service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver all route assignments accurately and efficiently.
• Accurately deliver customer’s inventory (including taking care of all facility services).
• Accurately load truck with all inventory and necessary facility services and tools needed to complete your route.
• Coordinate route functions with the Route Manager to ensure all customers are serviced accurately.
• Coordinate with the Plant Manager to ensure inventory is properly maintained.
• Route Representatives are expected to maintain their vehicles (this includes fueling, washing, general tidiness, and reporting all issues).

Requirements:

• Must have a clean Chauffeur license
• Must be in good physical condition
